The purchase of houses increases 2.7% in March and the average price remains

The & nbsp; home sales & nbsp; rose 2.7% in March compared to the same month in 2017, while the average price of transactions remained stable, according to data from the General College of the Notariado, which reflect a slowdown compared to January, when sales advanced 11.2%. In the second month of the year there were 39,945 transactions with an average price of 1,349 euros per square meter.
The sale of apartments increased by 6.2% (4.3% corrected seasonality), while single-family homes plummeted 11.6% (in January it had risen 19.6%).
